CWS Consulting together with his partners played a key role in defining business requirements for the implementation of Navis N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) at a customer in the US. The project involved extensive collaboration with terminal operations teams, IT stakeholders, and IT system experts to analyze existing workflows and define optimized processes for vessel, yard, and gate operations. A major focus was on ensuring that N4’s advanced automation capabilities—including Expert Decking, PrimeRoute, and Autostow—were properly aligned with customers operational strategies.

• Comprehensive Business Requirements Documentation: Developed a detailed requirements framework covering vessel planning, yard management, gate automation, and equipment dispatching, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
