10 Years @ Navis

Experience as a Senior Manager at Navis

During my tenure at Navis, I played a pivotal role in leading professional services, managing large-scale TOS implementations, and driving digital transformation initiatives for some of the world’s largest terminals. My expertise spanned customer engagement, complex system integrations, automation strategy, and business operations, ensuring that Navis solutions, particularly Navis N4, delivered measurable improvements in terminal efficiency and productivity.


Leadership & Business Growth

As Vice President of Global Professional Services, I was responsible for expanding the services organization’s P&L by over 25%, introducing new business models and subscription-based services to drive sustainable growth. I launched SaaS-based offerings, enhancing customer engagement and unlocking new revenue streams. My leadership was instrumental in securing the first cloud-hosted TOS solution (N4 SaaS), positioning Navis for future expansion in cloud-based terminal operations.


Large-Scale System Implementations & Automation

I managed global system integration projects, including the deployment of Navis N4, SAP Warehouse Management, RFID, and automated gate systems for customers such as SABIC and major port operators like ADT. My role involved defining implementation roadmaps, overseeing execution, and ensuring that customers achieved seamless automation and operational excellence.


Key projects included:

  • Navis N4 Implementations: Led complex rollouts across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, optimizing vessel planning, yard management, and terminal automation.
  • Automation & Optimization Strategies: Managed the team of experts for PrimeRoute, Autostow, and Expert Decking, improving terminal efficiency and reducing turnaround times.
  • Customer Success & C-Level Engagement: Worked closely with executives and operations leadership to align business goals with digital transformation strategies, ensuring long-term success.


By combining strategic leadership, deep industry knowledge, and hands-on project execution, I helped Navis evolve into a more agile, data-driven, and customer-centric organization. My experience in managing global teams, driving multimillion-dollar implementations, and leveraging automation to enhance terminal operations continues to shape my consulting approach today.
