In the initial phase, we implemented Certinia PSA for the customer to streamline professional services operations, enabling real-time project tracking, automated invoicing, and resource planning. The project involved a high-volume data migration from legacy systems, ensuring that historical project, resource, and financial data were accurately mapped into the new PSA platform. We also integrated PSA with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, allowing for seamless quote-to-cash workflows and improved visibility across sales and delivery teams.
